Embracity Consulting was founded by Annina Müller in December 2022 with the purpose to help individuals and businesses to ignite their true potential and follow their authentic path in order to thrive at work and in life.
We firmly believe that the era ahead has the potential to rehumanize work in new and inspiring ways.
We provide consulting services around the design and activation of the normative alignment of companies and people
in order to initiate a successful cultural and personal transformation that has a long-term and sustainable impact.
An essential element of this New Culture is Purpose (Meaning & Mattering) -
the question of "Why?" (past) and "what for?" (future) of the company and its employees.

ANNINA MUELLER
Founder & Managing Director
The common thread in my diverse work is spun from the passion for people and encounters, experiences outside the comfort zone, the pursuit of meaningful growth and the power of opportunity intelligence. In doing so, I have always been accompanied by the conviction that everyone can and should follow his or her authentic path.
After more than 8 years in fashion retail for luxury and premium brands (including Bally, Peek&Cloppenburg, PKZ Group), where I worked as a project manager in the areas of marketing, communication and events, I embarked on a new path and dared to take the leap into the cold water. Driven by the desire to accompany people and companies in their further development and to help them achieve meaningful growth, I switched to the service provider side and got into management consulting (including CROSSWALK). Over the past 3 years, I have further developed my expertise in the areas of developing and activating corporate identities (purpose, vision, values, brand) and supporting (cultural) change processes as part of transformations. I bring in fresh and different ways of thinking, am always on the trail of the zeitgeist and know how to meet the needs of different individuals and generations.
I am also passionate about penetrating the world at the levels of psychology, sociology and philosophy. In particular, the beliefs and insights from Positive Psychology, as well as ancient and timeless philosophical wisdom, are incorporated into my work. In addition to my practical experience, I have a BSc in Business Administration and an MAS in Digital Marketing & Communication.
